    wfadThis year, the main theme is “First aid and ageing population”. The idea is to build a positive image of ageing and recognize older people as an important resource for society. We also want to encourage older people self-empowerment, strengthening their resilience and capacity to be autonomous,  while promoting their inclusion in society as actors and not only as beneficiaries.

  • Cape Town to Cairo Cycle



    Cycling from the age of 5, Gaven Sinclair’s passion and determination for aiding children induced a charity cycle. Gaven has commenced his charity cycle on the 15th August from CAPE TOWN to CAIRO. The charity cycle will raise funds for the Orphans and Vulnerable Children within the Red Cross, Psychosocial Support Programme. Red Cross wishes Gaven Sinclair all the best on his amazing venture.
